In this 8 week program students can look forward to learning why stretching consistency is much more important than stretching intensity. We've all heard the adage "work smart, not hard," and this program exemplifies that! Too many of us only stretch when we need rescuing from an injury, or discomfort from a stiff area of the body. If you really want to reap the benefits of stretching, you'll need the tools and guidance to make it a short, consistent practice in your regular routine! You'll learn a multitude of effective stretches, taught in progressions from week to week. In that time, you will be asked to log your progress in your logbook as you do your weekly homework. Don't get too rattled, this homework only takes 10 min at the most, and is perfect for winding down at the end of the day. You will be blown away by the progress you can make in just 8 weeks, and we'll even show you your progress on video at the end of the course! Don't miss out, only 8 spots available!
