This 4 week course is designed to teach students how to survey their body and address stiffness in 4 of the most common problem areas: - Neck and Shoulders - Hips and Low Back - Hands and Wrists - Calves, Ankles and Feet With 2 classes per week, students will have sufficient time to not only learn the stretch techniques, but practice them under supervision to ensure the best result. The second day per week will help to ingrain the subtle cues that make our stretches far superior to your standard youtube video or globo gym wall poster!
This is a 2-Part Course, and registration includes BOTH days. Attendance at both classes is expected!
